These Terms govern your use of the HeyDidYou app. By downloading or using HeyDidYou, you agree to them.

The app

HeyDidYou is a shared household task pad for iPhone. The free version lets a household share a pad with a limited number of tasks, members, and one house magnet. HeyDidYou Pro raises those limits and unlocks additional features.

Subscriptions (HeyDidYou Pro)

HeyDidYou Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as Annual ($15.00 / year) or Monthly ($2.00 / month). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
One subscription upgrades a single pad; everyone on that pad gets Pro features. Collaborators are never charged.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse HeyDidYou — including attempting to access others' pads without an invitation, interfering with the service, or using it for unlawful purposes. Pads are shared spaces; treat the people on them with respect.

Your content

You own the content you create in HeyDidYou. It is stored in your iCloud, not on our servers (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you add and share with others on a pad.

Importing lists from the web

HeyDidYou can read a web page you choose to import a list from it, on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import, and for respecting the source site's terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

HeyDidYou is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed tasks or reminders. HeyDidYou is a convenience tool, not a guarantee that anything gets done.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
